Honda Cars to be displayed Auto Expo 2018

Honda, the Japanese automaker has proved itself at the global platform with its wide range of products. It has also consolidated its position in the highly competitive Indian market and is among the major carmakers in the country. Now, with the 2018 Auto Expo nearing, the company is all set to display some exciting products at the event.

Honda Accord facelift

The Honda Accord was launched in 2016 and now the company is looking to bring the facelift model at the 2018 Auto Expo. The next generation Accord gets significant visual changes over the existing models and the hybrid engine delivers a maximum power of 212 bhp and a peak torque of 315 Nm.

Honda CR-V facelift

The new generation Honda CR-V is likely to make its debut at the Auto Expo 2018. Under the hood, it gets a 1.6-litre i-DTEC unit that churns out a maximum power output of 157 bhp against a peak torque of 350 Nm. It comes with another engine option, a 2.4-litre i-VTEC unit that delivers a maximum power of 153.86 bhp power and a peak torque of 190 Nm. The engines are mated to a nine-speed automatic transmission unit.

Honda City facelift

The Honda City made its way in the mid-90s in India and soon became favourite among the every Indian. Now, with the facelift making its way to the Indian market, it is expected to attract mass buyers. It has been restyled and packs additional goodies inside to make your driveability better than ever. The car is expected to get a 7-inch infotainment system and six airbags. It will be driven by a 1.5-litre i-VTEC engine that churns out a maximum power output of 119 bhpagainst 1a peak torque of 145 Nm. While the 1.5-litre i-DTEC motor produces a maximum power of 100 bhp.

Honda Jazz facelift

The all-new Honda Jazz is expected to be showcased at the largest event, Auto Expo 2018. Basically, the current generation of Jazz has failed to compete with its rivals like MarutiBaleno and Hyundai Elite i20. The new car is expected to be fuel-efficient from the outgoing cars.
